deck: here, bohemian gothic, labylinth

a beauty and a beast. or the lady who tamed the lion. whatever the woman in the strength card is to be called, it’s obvious that she did not tame the beast because of her physical strength. her power comes from within. her inner strength is that of patience, compassion, extreme self-awareness, ability to manifest. her infinity within the universe. she can ask for what she wants and she will get it, through law of attraction. she perseveres through hardships with her mental energy.

that is the basic gist of the strength card, but it is a very malleable card to adapt in situations when it comes to actual readings. I’ve seen it appear in vast variety of situations, from romance to self-awareness, business, everything. In romance, depending on the position where the strength card appears, it could be power struggle, or a complete lack of power struggle, even. I’ve seen it tell me that the relationship has no balanced control, that one side has ceased to fight and gave up all the control to the other. I’ve also seen it indicate of a woman who ‘tamed the beast,’ because the man had been notorious but when it came to her words he listened. I’ve seen it appear about a business deal as a message, “don’t back down; don’t settle. keep asking for what you want.” the card itself gives me and the readers some sense of peace. both parties, the lion and the woman, look very comfortable. peaceful. they know that through inner strength, there is no situation unmanageable, and you will get to what you want. just tap into that limitless power and know that, like the lion by your side, it will protect you wherever you go. the universe has your back.
